At Grimlotta, we understand that mistakes can happen or plans may change. We aim to provide flexible options for canceling or modifying your order while also ensuring fast handling and processing times. This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains when and how customers can request order adjustments, cancellations, and modifications.
This policy applies to all purchases made through grimlotta.com, including orders for mini handbags, shirt dresses, blazers, leather belts, and all other products we offer.
1. Order Processing Timeline
To maintain fast delivery, all orders follow a strict processing workflow:
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Transit Time: 2–7 business days
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the next business day.
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible before an order enters the processing or shipping stage.
2. Canceling an Order
We can assist with order cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
2.1 Cancellation Eligibility
- Your order is still “Pending” or “Unfulfilled.”
- The warehouse has not yet packed or handed the shipment to the carrier.
- The cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of placing your order (recommended).
2.2 How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us immediately:

- Order number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
2.3 When Cancellation Is Not Possible
We cannot cancel orders that:
- Have already been processed or packed
- Have already shipped
- Are marked as “Fulfilled” or “In Transit”
If already shipped, you may still return the items under our 60-day Return & Refund Policy.
2.4 Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. No fees or penalties apply.
3. Changing an Order
Customers may request changes before the order enters processing. After processing begins, no changes can be made.
3.1 Types of Eligible Changes
- Update shipping address
- Correct customer information
- Modify product variant (size, color, style)
- Add or remove items
- Update quantity
- Switch payment method (requires cancel + reorder)
3.2 How to Request Order Changes

Include your full name, order number, and exact changes you want.
3.3 When Changes Cannot Be Made
- If the order has entered processing
- If the order has been packed
- If a shipping label has been printed
- If the order has shipped
4. Changing the Shipping Address
We can update the shipping address only if your order has not yet shipped.
4.1 If the Order Has Shipped
Once shipped:
- We cannot guarantee re-routing
- You may contact the carrier directly
- If returned to us, we will reach out to arrange reshipment
5. Order Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, you may:
- Wait for delivery and request a return within 60 days
- Refuse the package and notify us
- Contact the carrier for adjustments
6. Out-of-Stock or Inventory Issues
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:
- We will notify you promptly
- You may choose a replacement
- Or request a full refund
7. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders, contact us immediately. If not processed yet, we can cancel or merge them. If shipped, you may return one after delivery.
8. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Orders
If you believe an order was placed without authorization:

- We will investigate
- Unauthorized orders may be canceled if not shipped
9. Processing Time for Requests
Our team reviews requests Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
Response time:
- 6–12 hours for order changes
- 6–12 hours for cancellations
10. Our Right to Cancel Orders
We may cancel an order due to:
- Payment verification failure
- Suspicious activity
- Incorrect pricing
- Inventory issues
- Shipping restrictions
You will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
